Hi, At our house soup is a way to clean out leftovers from the fridge instead of wasting them. For this reason, every soup I make is a little different. My DH likes leftover spaghetti soup - leftover spaghetti - cut up meatballs or sausage into bite size pieces - cut up the spaghetti noodles , add the sauce - add any left over veggies from the fridge - add a quart of beef broth, I like College Inn. If I have any cabbage I cut it up and microwave it to get it started cooking then add to the soup. Bring to a boil and let it simmer about a half hour. For More Details Animated Video Explainers
